Probably the most famous feature of Vilamoura is its glamorous marina. Here, 825 yachts are moored in a safe harbor surrounded by a massive entertainment center filled with high-end shops, restaurants and bars. The large pedestrian promenade around the marina is perfect for afternoon walks in the sun, or late evening strolls after dinner.
On either side of the marina are the popular beaches of Praia de Vilamoura and Praia da Falesia. Both have beach front restaurants/bars as well as numerous options for water recreation.
