The Laguna Resort is a tourist complex in a private condominium with restricted access to residence. The complex includes 24 units of 1-3 bedroom apartments and 13 townhouses, all of which are fully furnished, fitted and equipped. 
 
The resort is surrounded by a nature reserve with excellent sun exposure and located walking distance to the beach in Vilamoura, in the heart of the Algarve and making up one corner of the Golden Triangle. The townhouses comprise an open plan living and dining area, fully fitted and equipped kitchen with open hatch, both areas leading out to the al-fresco dining area with BBQ. Also on the ground floor is one bedroom suite with fitted wardrobes and cloakroom. On the first floor there are 2 additional bedroom suites with private terraces overlooking the development. This floor provides access to the roof terrace which includes an additional sunbathing area with views of the surrounding greenery and lake. 
 
The complex includes various facilities such as a communal swimming pool, a Cafe, a Kid's club and playground and a reception offering concierge services.
