Suzana spent her formative years in South and Central Africa, eventually moving ont the UK where she completed a degree in Economics in London. In 1992 fate brought her to Portugal, on a holiday. Enchanted by the Algarve, she kept extending her holiday and got involved in Real Estate almost immediately. Suzana joined Mapro Real Estate in 1999. In 2003 she became a partner and in 2007 took over full ownership. Suzana has used her motivation and expertise to lead the company from strength to strength, building strong relationships with her clients and local service providers to ensure the right results, which led to the further developing the company’s interests with the creation of a sister company – Formosa Interior Design.

Suzana claims her children have the idea that she lives to work, but really it is only because she feels so privileged to be able to love what she does. “My clients are my true inspiration, while my children are my driving force!”

With a degree in Tourism and post-grad qualifications in Tourism Marketing, Vera has worked in various tourism-related activities since starting her career. Her experience takes in host of positions, including travel agency and hotel work, administration, marketing coordination in holiday resorts such as Lakeside Village in Quinta do Lago and Sheraton Pine Cliffs in Albufeira, graphic design project management, and real estate administration.

Using the many skills she has amassed Vera brings real energy to the sales team, able to transform various abilities and bring added value to clients and the company as a whole, admitting that with sales, she has finally discovered her true vocation.

Sandra Neves was born and raised in Canada. She decided to move to Portugal in 2000, in search of her family roots in the Algarve. Sandra joined the Mapro Real Estate team in 2003 and has since earned a reputation for providing service with a smile. Highly professional and service-focused, Sandra can fall back on a wealth of local experience in the Golden Triangle real estate market. Her relaxed nature belies a professional tenacity, ensuring she can provide her clients with only the best quality in service and results. Bilingual in Portuguese and English, Sandra holds Portuguese certification in Real Estate Mediation.

Monica, our most recent team member was born in Wales where she lived until her family decided to relocate to the Algarve in search of the mild climate. Being bi-lingual in English and Portuguese, her work experience started in a law firm, from there she found her way into the Real Estate sector as an Office Manager where she gained experience in coordinating the high demands of a very busy sales office. Having also sales experience and together with organizational skills and teamwork attitude is what lead her to join our workforce becoming the anchor of our motivated team.
