Selling properties in the Algarve

We have owned property in Quinta do Lago for the past 30 years and are very familiar with the buying process, and the various firms of agents. In August 2022, we agreed terms to purchase a fully furnished new build villa through Mapro represented by Sandra Neves. The building was nearing completion but there were various delays relating to sign off by the local authority and subsequent occupation.

Sandra assisted us with resolving numerous issues including detailed negotiations with the developer, both sets of lawyers, the interior designers, the management company and the local authority. We were impressed with the extensive knowledge that Sandra had of the development which definitely made a big difference.

The service levels provided by Sandra were exceptional and she has responded to every issue as they have arisen. We can confidently state that we have not experienced such care from an agent when buying a property on the Algarve. Sandra went well beyond our expectations of the service you would expect from a selling agent.

Sandra and her team made selling our house in the Algarve seemless. We do not live full time in the Algarve but that was of no concern as the teams handling of the sale was first class. From the viewings to achieving the optimum price, we could not fault Mapro. Highly recommend.
